My Size: Body Measurements — Privacy Policy

My Size: Body Measurements is an app made by Nugezza Developer, a Nugezza company. This policy explains what the app does with information about you and the people you add. The short version: My Size keeps your measurements only on your phone, collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere. Something leaves the phone only when you share it yourself.
What we collect
Nothing. My Size does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal information. It has no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind, and it contains no third-party code that collects data. We have no server the app talks to.
No internet
My Size works fully offline and makes no network request of its own. The 3D bodies, the fonts, the four languages and every calculation are inside the app, and the iPhone app loads only its own files. The Android app carries Google Play’s own purchase library, which asks for internet access and talks to Google Play only when you buy the family unlock or a tip, or restore your purchases.
What stays on your phone
Everything you put into My Size is kept in its own private storage on your phone: the names (and, if you give them, the ages) of the people you add, their measurements with the date of each, your notes for a tailor, shoemaker or jeweller, the shop size charts you type, the styles you pick and your settings. It never leaves the phone unless you share it, and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
If you keep measurements for family members, they are kept the same way, on your phone only. Please add someone only with their agreement, or as their parent or carer.
The lock
If you turn on the lock, My Size asks your phone to check your fingerprint, face or passcode when the app opens. The check is done by your phone’s own system: My Size never sees, stores or sends your fingerprint, your face or your passcode, it only learns whether the check passed.
Backups
If you back up your phone (Google backup on Android, iCloud or a computer backup on iPhone), the backup may include the app’s storage, so your measurements come back on a new phone. That backup is made and kept for you by Google or Apple under your own account settings; we never see it.
You can also make a backup file yourself in Settings. My Size hands the file to your phone’s share sheet and you choose where it goes (for example Files, Drive or your own email). Restoring reads a file you pick. Keep that file somewhere safe: it holds every measurement in the app.
Children
My Size is meant for people aged 13 and over. Parents may keep their children’s measurements in it, on their own phone. The app collects no information from anyone, so it collects none from children.
Purchases and tips
My Size is free for one person, with every feature. Keeping the measurements of more people (Family) is a one-time purchase, and tips are optional purchases that unlock nothing. Both are paid through Google Play or the Apple App Store, which take the payment and keep the receipt under your own account; My Size never sees your card or bank details.
To know whether Family was bought, the app asks the store on your phone and keeps a note of the answer on your phone, apart from your measurements. We receive no personal information from these purchases beyond the reports the stores give every developer, such as the number of purchases in each country.
The app stores
You download My Size from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Those stores may collect information under their own privacy policies (for example, to process the download). We do not receive personal information about you from them beyond the anonymous, aggregated statistics the stores show every developer, such as the number of installs.
Changes
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds an online feature — we will update this page and the date above before that version is released, and the app will explain it before it is used.
