Word Puzzle: Find and Write — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Word Puzzle: Find and Write is a game made by Nugezza Developer, a Nugezza company. This policy explains what the game does with information about you. The short version: we collect nothing, and your game stays on your device. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store.

What we collect

Nothing. Word Puzzle does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal information. It has no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. We have no server the game talks to.

What stays on your device

The game keeps a small file on your device with the date you first played (so it knows which daily puzzle is open), your stars and best times, every puzzle you left half done, which unlocks you own (so the game works offline), which tips you have already seen, and your settings (sounds, music, vibration, language and difficulty). It never leaves the device and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

On Android, if you have turned on your phone’s own Google backup, Android may include this file in your device backup so your progress comes back on a new phone. That backup is made and held by Google for you under your Google account settings; we never receive it.

In-app purchases

Easy puzzles are free, and so is the first Medium and the first Hard puzzle. Medium and Hard can each be unlocked with a one-time purchase.

Purchases are made through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone and iPad), under their own terms and privacy policies. The store takes the payment; we never see your card, your payment details, your name or your store account. The game only asks the store which unlocks this store account owns, so it can open them, and so Restore purchases works on a new device.

To do that on Android, Google’s billing library adds the internet and network permissions to the game; they are used only to talk to Google Play about purchases. The game sends nothing else. We may see the anonymous, aggregated sales figures every store shows its developers, never who bought what.

Children

Word Puzzle is suitable for all ages. It collects no information from anyone, so it collects none from children. Purchases on a child’s device follow the store’s own family controls (such as Ask to Buy or purchase approval), which the game respects: a purchase waiting for a parent’s approval unlocks nothing until the store confirms it.

The app stores

You download Word Puzzle from Google Play, the Apple App Store or the Microsoft Store. Those stores may collect information under their own privacy policies (for example, to process the download or a purchase). We do not receive personal information about you from them beyond anonymous, aggregated statistics the stores show every developer, such as the number of installs.

Changes

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds an online feature — we will update this page and the date above before that version is released, and the game will explain it before it is used.
